摘　　要：目的:观察患者使用他克莫司软膏联合二硫化硒洗剂治疗头部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将62例头部脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为他克莫司组及对照组(哈西奈德组),均同时使用二硫化硒洗剂治疗,每周2次。2组患者分别于用药1、2、3、4周时随访,观察皮损情况以及药物不良反应,如皮损和症状完全消退即可停药,停药后1个月复诊或者随访。采用统计学方法分析两组疗效、复发情况,并记录不良反应。结果:根据皮损情况、瘙痒程度和皮损面积计算两组有效率和复发率,结果示两组有效率差异无统计学意义(x^2=0.12,P>0.05)。随访1个月后,治疗组复发率16.67%,对照组复发率40.62%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.31,P<0.05)。结论:0.1%他克莫司软膏联合二硫化硒洗剂治疗头部脂溢性皮炎,疗效高,复发率低,可减低药物的不良反应。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of combined topical therapy with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment and selenium sulfide lotion in the patients with seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp. Methods： Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into either 0.1% tacrolimus ointment group or halcinonide solution group, all the patients were topically applied twice daily with selenium sulfide lotion twice a week simultaneously. The course of treatment was 4 weeks, and the scores for clinical symptoms and signs were evaluated and recorded before and after treatment. Meanwhile the adverse events were also observed. Results： The effective rates of the two groups were 90.00% and 90.62% respectively, without significant difference（χ2= 0.12, P〉0.05）. One month after treatment, the relapse rate of tacrolimus group was 16.67%, whereas halcinonide group 40.62%（χ2=4.31, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combined topical therapy of 0.1% tacrolimus ointment with selenium sulfide lotion is a safe and effective treatment for the seborreheic dermatitis of the scalp.
