乙、丙型肝炎职业暴露与防护的临床观察

摘　　要：目的了解医务人员在诊疗过程中发生职业暴露的情况,并对其原因进行分析,以了解本院医护人员对乙、丙型肝炎职业危害的危险性评估和防护。方法对2005年1月～2009年12月在本院发生乙、丙型肝炎职业暴露的医护人员进行调查并追踪监测。结果发生乙、丙型肝炎职业暴露的医护人员232例,以针刺伤为主,追踪半年,无相关疾病感染的发生。结论医护人员发生锐器伤后应采取合理预防措施,加强职业防护的宣教。Objective Investigate and analyze the status of occupational exposure among the health-care workers during diagnostic and treatment process, to understand the risk assessment and protection of occupational hazard exposure to HBV or HCV infections among the medical staff in our hospital. Methods The HBV or HCV infections data about occupational exposure among the medical staff in our hospital were monitored and investigated from Jan 2005 to Dec 2009. Results Totally, 232 medical staffs had caught the exposures to HBV or HCV. The main cause of exposures was needle stick injury. None of HBV or HCV infection occured during the 6 month of follow-up. Conclusion To reduce these exposures, reasonable preventative measures and adequate professional education should be emphasized after sharp instrument injury among medical staffs.
