摘　　要：电子政务是政府部门办公事务的网络化和数字化，并以其丰富的信息资源、高效的行政管理模式越来越受到人们的普遍关注。在分析构建电子政务系统特点的基础上阐述了电子政务系统的设计目标及采用的技术路线，指出此系统可以增加政府部门办事的透明度，提高办事效率。E-government is a government affairs office of networks and digital,and its wealth of information resources,and efficient administrative management more and more people＇s attention.Build e-government system in the analysis of the characteristics described on the basis of the design goals of e-government system and the use of the technology route, pointing out that this system can increase the transparency of government work and improve efficiency.
