摘  要:目的:了解鲍曼不动杆菌(ABA)的分布及耐药性,为医院治疗和控制ABA提供依据。方法:将我院1999年1月-2011年9月临床分离的1110株ABA药敏试验结果,应用WHONET5.5软件进行统计学分析。结果:ABA在病原菌中的检出率为8.7%,ABA中多药耐药菌的检出率为54.3%;其感染主要发生于重症监护室和呼吸内科,痰和分泌物是检出ABA较多的标本;除多粘菌素B、阿米卡星、亚胺培南和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦外,ABA对大多数抗菌药物耐药率较高(>40%),且耐药性呈升高趋势。结论:ABA耐药现象严重,临床治疗时应按药敏试验结果选药;医院应加强对ABA的监测,预防和控制ABA在院内暴发流行。OBJECTIVE: To study distribution and drug resistance dynamics ofAcinetobacter baumannii (ABA), and to provide reference for clinical treatment and infection control in our hospital. METHODS: The results of drug sensitivity test of isolated 1 110 strains of ABA were analyzed statistically using WHONET 5.5 software. RESULTS: ABA accounted for 8.7% of all the pathogens. The isolation rate of multi-drug resistant strains was 54.3% in ABA. ABA were mainly obtained from ICU ward and respiratory ward. Sputum and secretion were the most specimens of ABA. The resistance rates to the most antibiotics were very high (〉40%), except polymyxin B, amikacin, imipenem and cefoperazone/sulbactam. Drug resistance was in a increasing tendency. CONCLUSIONS: The drug resistance of multi-drug resistant ABA is very serious. It is very important to select proper antibiotics according to the result of susceptibility tests. Hospital should strengthen the monitoring of multi-drug resistant ABA to prevent and control the outbreak and prevalence of nosocornial infections.
