摘  要:分析了上海市郊区空间规划与轨道交通规划的协调关系从空间规划入手,构建"建设用地交通发生量法",测算由规划建设用地产生的轨交需求,分析轨交需求和规划轨交线路承载能力的协调关系,又从轨交规划入手,构建"轨交支撑范围法",通过分析轨交线路对沿线规划建设用地的支撑能力,评价规划建设用地和轨交线路在空间布局上的协调关系表明:通过对空间规划建设用地产生的轨交需求进行测算,发现郊区轨交规划基本能够满足郊区规划建设用地产生的轨交需求,但部分线路仍存在规划建设用地产生的轨交发生量与轨交承载能力不匹配的现象;而通过分析轨交规划对规划建设用地的支撑能力,发现轨交规划与空间规划之间的空间布局协调性良好,郊区规划建设用地中50%以上处于轨交沿线3km的范围内,但局部地区仍然存在轨交线路与规划建设用地布局不相匹配的问题。此外,两种方法适用于快速粗略地估算空间规划所产生的交通量。This paper analyzes the mutually constitutive relationships between suburban spatial planning and railway transportation planning in Shanghai. On the one hand ,in terms of spatial planning, the paper estimates the railway traffic demand produced by planned land uses based on the method of "Land use induced Traffic Occurrence " , and from here it evaluates the relationships between the railway transportation demand and the capacity of railway lines. On the other hand, ,in terms of railway traffic planning, the paper analyzes the support capacity of railway traffic lines based on the calculation of "Railway Line catchment area" , and from here it re-evaluates the relationships between the railway transportation demand and the capacity of railway lines. The research shows that by estimating the railway traffic demand produced by planned land uses, the railway transportation plan in general can meet the transportation needs of suburban communities in Shanghai although mismatch still exists in some areas. In addition, by analyzing the support capacity of railway traffic lines, the paper finds that land use and rail capacity are largely coordinated as nearly half of the urban land is less than 3km away from the railway lines so railway stations will be highly accessible by bicycles, short-range buses and walking. However, still some communities will not be well served by railway lines. In addition, the two methods employed in this paper are suitable for a quick estimation of traffic demand produced by planned land uses and of the gaps between traffic demand and transportation service provision.
