摘  要:在陶瓷靶前加约束面板,面板厚为1,2,2.6,3 mm。采用14.5 mm口径弹道枪发射14.5 mm穿燃弹进行靶试,比较不同厚度面板对靶板整体抗弹性能的影响。结果表明:随面板厚度增大,靶板整体防护系数下降;面板厚为1 mm,靶板防护系数最高,面板破坏状态为花瓣状形貌;面板厚为2,2.6,3 mm,面板破坏形貌为弹径大小的孔洞。对试验方案进行数值模拟,模拟结果与试验结果相一致。Four kinds of armor steels with thickness of 1,2,2.6 and 3 mm were used as faceplates in front of ceramic/metal armors.Ballistic test was done by launching 14.5 mm armor piercing(AP) ammunition with 14.5 mm-caliber normal gun.The influence of faceplate thickness on the ballistic properties was compared.It is found that ballistic properties decrease with increasing the thickness of faceplate.When the thickness is 1 mm,the ballistic properties are the highest with the petal appearance of faceplates.When thickness is 2,2.6 or 3 mm,the appearance of faceplates is a hole with the same size as bullet diameter.At the same time,the results of numerical simulation are in accordance with that of test.
