桂林西瓜霜对宫颈柱状上皮外移患者碱性成纤维细胞生长因子mRNA的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨桂林西瓜霜对宫颈柱状上皮外移修复的分子生物学机制。方法 160例宫颈柱状上皮外移患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组80例用桂林西瓜霜局部喷敷,对照组80例用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)-胶原蛋白海绵局部贴敷。应用RT-PCR检测两组宫颈组织治疗前后bFGFmRNA表达。结果治疗前,观察组和对照组宫颈柱状上皮外移组织中bFGFmRNA表达分别为0.55±0.10、0.58±0.13,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组表达均显著增加,分别为0.82±0.17、0.78±0.15,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂林西瓜霜对宫颈柱状上皮外移上皮组织bFGFmRNA表达有增强作用。Objective To study the molecular biological effects of Guilin Watermelon Frost （GWF） on the mRNA expressions of basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） in patients with uterine uterine cervical columnar ectopy. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with uterine cervical columnar ectopy were assigned to two groups by the random digit table. Patients in the treatment group were treated with local spray of GWF, while those in the control group were local applied with bFGF-collagen sponge. The mRNA expressions of bFGF of the uterine tissue were detected in the two groups before and after treatment using RT-PCR. Results Before treat- ment the mRNA expression of bFGF in the uterine cervical columnar ectopy was 0.55±0.10 in the treatment group and 0.58±0.13 in the control group, without insignificant difference （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment it significantly increased in the two groups, being 0.82 ± 0.17 and 0.78 ± 0.15 respectively, showing statistical difference from before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. But no statistical difference existed between the two groups after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion GWF showed enhancement on the mRNA expressions of bFGF in patients with uterine cervical columnar ectopy.
