摘　　要：目的 观察自制中药灌肠液治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法 以自制中药灌肠液对82例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者进行治疗,观察疗效。结果 疗效满意,无明显不良反应。结论 自制中药灌肠液治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎有显著效果。Objective To observe the curative effect of the ulcerative colitis（UC）treated by the self-made traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.Methods 82 patients were treated by the self-made traditional Chinese medicine retention enema and the curative effect was observed.Results The curative effect was satisfied and there was no obvious adverse effect.Conclusion It has significant effect to treat the UC by the self-made traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.
