鼻内镜下手术联合微波热凝治疗变应性鼻炎

摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻内镜下手术联合微波热凝治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 笔者所在科室2006年5月～2010年6月收治80例变应性鼻炎合并下鼻甲肥厚的患者,将其随机分为对照组40例、治疗组40例。对照组行鼻内镜下鼻甲黏膜下部分切除术,治疗组行鼻内镜下鼻甲黏膜下部分切除术联合微波热凝治疗,分别在术后1个月和1年进行随访。结果 术后1年治疗组的总有效率为95.0%,对照组的总有效率为77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鼻内镜下鼻甲黏膜下部分切除术联合微波热凝治疗的疗效优于鼻内镜下鼻甲黏膜下部分切除术。Objective To evaluate the effect of endoscopic surgery combined with microwave coagulation treatment to allergic rhinitis.Methods The department had treated 80 patients with allergic rhinitis and inferior turbinate hypertroph from May 2006 to June 2010.They were randomly divided into control group of 40 patients and the treatment group of 40 patients.The control group underwent endoscopic partial resection of inferior turbinate,The treatment group underwent endoscopic partial excision combining with microwave coagulation therapy.They were visited after 1 month and 1 year.Results After 1 year,the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Endoscopic partial inferior turbinectomy surgery Combining with microwave coagulation therapy is more effective than endoscopic partial resection of inferior turbinate.
