摘　　要：目的 探讨护理支持系统的运用效果,以提高护理工作效率。方法 利用分散布点法调查全院用于取药、送检标本,配药、记帐、接送、清洗消毒专科物品等所需的护理人数,减半设置专职护理人员全天负责为临床科室取药、送检标本。实施1年后,以自制问卷调查32个临床科室32名护士长及100名护理人员对护理支持系统的满意度及意见、建议。结果 护士满意及基本满意率达96.98%。结论 抢救药物及时到位、化验结果及早报告提高了工作效率;护士不需要再请家属去取药、送检标本等,也减轻了患者家属的负担及抱怨,患者及家属反应较好,但仍需进一步拓展及做细工作。护理支持系统的运用有效避免了临床护士离开病区存在的安全隐患;明显减少临床护士的非护理工作量,把时间还给护士,为医院开展优质护理服务工作创造了有利的条件。Objective To explore the nursing support system application effect,in order to improve the efficiency of the nursing work.Methods using dispersed method to investigate the hospital for taking medicine,specimens,dispensing,billing,shuttle,cleaning and disinfection of specialty items required number,setting up full-time nursing personnel responsible for clinical medicine,specimens.One year after implementation,with the self-made questionnaire in 32 clinical departments of 32 head nurses and 100 nurses was to care support system satisfaction and opinions,suggestions.Results nurse satisfaction and general satisfaction rate was 96.98%.The rescue of drug in time,early reporting laboratory results to improve the work efficiency.Nurses din’t need family medicine,specimens,but also reduced the patient’s family burden and complain,patients and families respond better,but still needed to further expand and do a fine job.Conclusion nursing support system using effectively avoids the clinical nurses to leave the ward hidden safety problems;significantly reduced clinical nurses of the nursing workload,give time back to the nurses for the hospital,high quality nursing service work to create favorable conditions.
