美皮康在PICC置管中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新型敷料美皮康(Meipilex)用于PICC置管术后的换药效果。方法将50例PICC置管的肿瘤患者分为对照组和实验组各25例。对照组置管术后,采用3M公司的透明敷料粘贴于穿刺处,实验组使用瑞典墨尼克公司的软聚硅酮保湿敷料美皮康(有边形)粘贴。观察2组吸收渗血、更换敷料次数情况。结果实验组在吸收渗血、更换敷料次数方面与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美皮康在PICC置管术后护理中效果好,可明显吸收渗血,促进伤口愈合,减少换药次数,提高安全性。Objectives To observe clinical effect of a new type of dressing, Meipilex, in treating complications caused by PICC tube dwelling. Methods 50 tumor cases were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in observed group and 25 cases in control group. The cases in the observed group were pasted with Meipilex, a type of soft silicone hydrocoiloid dressing made in Monike Co. L d, Swe den, while the cases in control group were pasted with transparent dressing made by 3M Company on the incision. All cases in these two groups were moni- tored to absorption of exudation and replacement of the dressings. Results The results in dicated that the observed group showed better effect in clinical care than the control group with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions After PICC tube dwelling, Meipilex shows a better and safer clinical effect in absorption of exudation and gives less times of dressing replacement.
