摘 要:目的探讨导航技术在动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨转子间骨折中的价值。方法使用X线透视计算机辅助导航进行动力髋螺钉的置入、尖顶距的测量。结果 127例动力髋螺钉位置准确,尖顶距≤25mm,平均(18.62±0.69)mm,无一例切割并发症发生。结论计算机导航的瞬时追踪使术者能在术中监测螺钉位置及尖顶距,提高了螺钉置入的准确性,减少术后螺钉切割并发症。Objective To explore the clinical application of fluoro - navigation in the process of dynamic hip screw fixation for the femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Totally 86 femoral intertroehanteric fractures were treated with dynamic hip screw under fluoro-navigation. The fluoro-navigation guidance was used for the entry of screws,showing screw position in the femoral neck and measuring tip-apex distance. Results The screw position of 86 femoral intertrochanteric fractures were satisfactory. The average tip-apex distance was less than 25mm,no complication was recorded during and after operation. Conclusion Fluoro-navigation helps to monitor the screw insertion and the tip-apex distance. This method has advantages of less X-ray exposure, accurate implant position, and less possibility of screw incision.
