摘  要:使用先进的中频逆变式直流焊机,研究了1:10大厚度比不锈钢电阻缝焊工艺和接头形成特点。研究表明,采用合适的焊接工艺参数,焊缝熔核偏移现象可以得到有效的矫正,薄件侧形成满意的焊透率,焊缝成形美观;焊缝熔核呈现环形焊透的特点。中频逆变直流缝焊工艺可以代替传统的电容储能缝焊工艺,用于1:10大厚度比不锈钢电阻缝焊。Resistance seam welding process and nugget formation characteristics of stainless steels with a large thickness ratio of 1:10 were studied by using an advanced middle-frequency inverter type DC welding machine.The investigations suggested that the adequate nugget penetrations with ring-pattern into the thin side of two sheet metals were obtained under the reasonable welding conditions,and the nugget deviations from the faying surfaces of the sheet metals to be resistance seam welded were corrected effectively.The middle-frequency inverter can be applied in this special resistance seam welding process in place of capacitor-discharge welding machines.
