Effect of High-pressure Solution and Atmospheric-pressure Aging Treatment on Microstructure and Compressive Properties of AM60 Alloy

摘  要:对铸态AM60镁合金在不同压力(常压、2、4和6 GPa)下固溶并随后在常压下进行190℃×9 h时效处理。采用金相显微镜和X射线衍射表征了产物的显微组织,并使用Gleeble-3500热模拟机研究了产物的压缩力学性能。结果表明,相比常压固溶,固溶时施加压力使时效处理合金的α-Mg晶粒显著减小,尺寸更加均匀。随固溶压力的提高,时效处理合金的抗压强度逐渐升高直到4 GPa,随后下降,同时最大塑性应变逐渐降低直到4 GPa,随后上升。As-cast AM60 alloy was solid dissolved under different pressures(atmospheric-pressure,2,4 and 6 GPa) and subsequently aged for 9 h at 190 ℃ under atmospheric-pressure.The microstructure of the products was characterized by optical microscope and X-ray diffraction,and the compressive properties of the products were investigated by hot-stimulation machine Gleeble-3500.The results show that,compared with atmospheric-pressure solution,high-pressure solution causes that the α-Mg grains of aging alloy are more fine and uniform.With the increase of the solution pressure gradually,the compressive strength of aging alloy increases up to 4 GPa and then decreases,while maximum plastic strain decreases up to 4 GPa and then increases.
