摘　　要：2011年年末，中国期货市场掀起兼并重组浪潮，中国国际期货合并珠江期货、中证期货并购新华期货获证监会批准，期货公司“强强联手”的热潮再度升温。“国内拉开了期货公司兼并重组的序幕，现在市场上有些人不以为然，或者有些股东还不情愿，但我觉得谁先去做，谁在未来的发展过程中就一定能够占得先机。”五矿期货总经理姜昌武说。Due to Futures companies’ fee income being brought down by the decline of the trading volume,it is said that the downturn of the futures companies is coming. Through mergers and acquisitions, domestic futures companies not only can improve their anti-risk ability, but also can prevent vicious competition and expand professional services capabilities. However, there are some risks in the merger process. It is possible that the companies only grow bigger but not stronger after mergers.
