摘　　要：通过分析我国保障性住房建设的现状,指出保障性住房在促进社会公平、提高社会效率方面起着积极的作用,同时指出保障性住房实施中存在的一些问题。基于社会效率以及社会公平,对我国保障性住房项目的建设和管理提出合理化建议。The paper analyzes the construction situation of indemnificatory apartment in China,points out that the indemnificatory apartment plays an active role in promoting social equity and improving social efficiency.Meanwhile,there are some problems during the implementation of the indemnificatory apartment,so some suggestions on the construction and management are proposed based on the equity and efficiency.
