摘　　要：规划与设计在高校基本建设中对节约型校园建设起着基础性、决定性的作用。本着建设节约型社会和可持续发展的原则,将节能、节水、节地、节材、环境保护等贯穿于校园建设的规划、设计等过程中,并指出需重点把握的一些要素。Planning and designing plays the fundamental and critical role in the construction of resource saving campus.Based on the principle of resource saving society and sustainable development,this paper introduces energy-saving,water-saving,land-saving,material-saving and environmental-protection into the processes of planning and designing,and points out some important elements which should be pay attention to.
