摘　　要：依法推动企业普遍建立工会组织,必须认识加强企业工会建设的重要性,明确工会组织建设的目标和工作思路,在宏观和微观上把握企业工会面临的新挑战,找准开展工作的切入点和着力点,在服务党和国家大局、工会工作全局中更好地发挥作用。In order to promote the grassroots organization building of trade union,we must realize the importance,objective and working thought of it,grasp the new challenges and the keys of work,play the role of serving the overall interests of country better.
