摘　　要：关节镜技术是一种应用于关节疾病诊断和治疗的方法,它改变了传统关节疾病的诊断和治疗方式。由于关节镜手术需经小切口用精细和易损的器械进行操作,且在狭小的关节间隙内操作器械可能对关节软骨产生明显磨损和划痕,因此对手术医生要求较高,操作难度较大。提出一种多功能轮式移动升降关节镜训练台,可进行膝、肩、踝、肘等关节处关节镜操作训练,帮助手术医生掌握和熟悉关节镜的操作,有利于提高手术医生对关节镜操作的准确性和精度。Arthroscopy is a technique used for the diagnosis and treatment methods of joint diseases, which changes the traditional diagnosis and treatment methods joint diseases. However, due to operation with fine and fragile equipments through a small incision possibly cause significant articular cartilage wear and scratches within small joint space, so arthroscopic surgery put a higher demand on the surgeon, the operation is more difficult. This paper presents a multi-wheeled mobile lifting arthroscopic trainer, which can be used for arthroscopy operation training related to knee, shoulder, ankle, elbow and other joints, and help surgeons grasp and familiar with the operation ofarthroscopy, and then surgeons will improve the accuracy and precision ofarthroscopic operation.
