摘　　要：目的:为满足大型心血管临床研究对数据信息处理的需求,研发一套紧密贴合科研实际、符合心血管疾病研究特点的高效应用软件。方法:结合医院HIS系统研发疾病信息系统,由课题设计人员提出信息管理需求,并进行可行性论证,由专业信息工程人员研发软件。结果:经临床科研实践,该系统实现了心血管疾病临床科研信息的电子采集、管理和转换,数据库全面包含了临床研究的所有信息。结论:该系统能够满足心血管疾病临床科研的信息化需求,极大地提高了科研效率。Objective： To develop an information system for chnical research of cardiovascular disease, that meets the requirements of information processing in large-scale cardiovascular chnical research, which closely fit the actual clinical research and are in line with the characteristics of cardiovascular disease research. Method： The designers of the clinical research made a list of the needs of the information management and conducted feasibility studies. The software package which is linked with the hospital information system （HIS） was developed by the Information Engineers. Result： The information system achieved electronic collection, management and data conversion of cardiovascular clinical research information. All the information about clinical research was contained in the database. Conclusions： The study of the system greatly improved the efficiency of scientific research, and the anticipated purpose was fulfilled fairly well.
