摘　　要：设计并实现了一个基于Ensemble集成平台的区域医疗临床数据交换系统。使用医学标记语言(MML)约束数据交换过程;Ensemble集成平台在最大限度内整合医院内各信息系统和区域内的医疗机构;通过在其上发布Web Service,快速实现分布式架构中不同系统与平台间的松耦合。本设计构建了一个逻辑上统一管理的数据层,实现区域医疗中心与医疗机构之间数据安全、高效的传输和其享。MML标准的研究和技术升级为中日之间临床数据交换打下了基础。This paper demonstrates a method of achieving standardized clinical data exchange based on Ensemble Integration Platform. Medical Markup Language （MML） helps regulate the process of data exchange; Ensemble platform helps maximize the integration of medical information systems both inner hospital and inner region; with Web Service published on in, loose coupling between systems and platforms is easily achieved. This clinical data exchange system constructs a unified data management layer in logic, achieving the goal of exchanging and sharing clinical data between a regional medical center and a hospital, In addition, the study and technology upgrade of MML also lays foundation of further international clinical data exchange between China and Japan.
