摘　　要：目的:引入IHE(Integrating the Healthcare Enterpri se)在放射科内部的应用,以及对医学影像存档与传输系统(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS)和医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)协同机制的深入研究。结果:应用IHE集成模式改善医院工作流程、提高工作效率、减少重复和错误工作,以提高医疗服务质量和保证病人信息安全,降低实施复杂性,降低医疗成本,为缓解医患矛盾提供有力支持。Directing IHE into radiological department and researching about the synergy mechanism of PACS and HIS deeply. Results：Using IHE to perfect hospital work procedures, improve work efficiency and reduce repeat or mistaken events. In order to supply the powerful support about improving medical service and ensuring the security of the patients＇ information, reducing complication and the cost of medical treatment and relieving the contradictory between doctors and patients.
