摘　　要：目前,很多大型医院都进行了各种信息化的建设,其中包括邮件系统,作为低廉、方便的沟通方式,得到很多医院青睐。但是,大部分医院都存在两套网络。讨论了内外网物理隔离环境的特点及在这样的环境中如何解决Exchange的部署问题,最后又介绍了WEB、Outlook等几种客户端的应用。Objective： At present, many large hospitals are carrying out the information construction. As a cheap, convenient means of communication, E-mail system has been used in a lot of the hospitals. Most hospitals have two network systems, inside and outside network. This paper discusses the characteristics of physical isolation between the inside network and the outside network; provides a way in such environment to deploy Exchange; introduce the application of Exchange in several clients, such like Web and Outlook etc.
