电磁软接触中电磁场的影响因素

摘  要:为了提高铸坯的表面质量和结晶器的寿命,国内外很多学者对电磁软接触连铸技术进行了研究,研究表明电磁软接触连铸技术能有效的控制钢液的初始凝固过程,改善钢液的初始凝固状态,从而在高拉速的条件下生产出无表面缺陷的铸坯,提高成品率,节约能源。综述了电磁软接触连铸过程中结晶器结构、电源频率、感应线圈位置等工艺参数对磁场大小和分布规律,以及电磁场对弯月面变形规律的影响。To improve the quality of the cast on the surface of the distillation of life, and many scholars have made research on electromagnetic exposure casting technology; Research shows that electromagnetic soft touch casting technology can effectively control the initial process of cement and Steel, and improve the status of the initial harden steel, high speed in the conditions produce without surface defects of billet, improve the rate of the finished product as well as save energy. The paper summarizes on techonology parameters in the electromagnetic soft touch casting process, such as the crystal structure, the frequencyof power supply ,induction coils position,which have an important effect on the field size and distribution regularity, and the effect of electric field on curve and surface deformations.
