摘　　要：在管材挤压过程中,挤压力对工件成形起到了十分关键的作用,本文采用上限法进行分析计算,得到了轴类零件单位挤压力的计算公式,此公式具有一定的工程实用性,为挤压模具的设计及挤压工艺的制定提供了理论依据。In the tube extrusion process, the extrusion pressure on the workpiece shape played a key role, this paper analyzes and calculates the upper bound obtained by extrusion pressure shaft unit formula, this formula has a certain practicability, provide a theoretical basis for the development of squeeze Press design and extrusion process.
