农民的生活伦理与公共精神及其对新农村文化建设的政策启示——基于5省20村的调查

摘　　要：本文利用5省20村的问卷调查数据,分别从农民的婚恋观、孝道观、生育观、成功评价标准和农民对村庄的认同感、公共事务参与意愿及行为选择等维度进行考察,数据显示了当前农民生活伦理的弱化和公共精神的缺失。而农民生活伦理弱化与公共精神缺失与农村的公共文化生活式微相关联。因此,新农村文化建设应加强以维持乡村社会伦理和培育农民公共精神为价值指向的公共文化建设。Based on the investigation data from 20 villages in 5 provinces,this paper analysis the peasants' view of marriage and love,filial piety,birth view,successful evaluation standard,their sense of identity to the village,their willingness of public participation and behavior choice.The results show that the peasant's life ethics are becoming weaker,and in a serious lack of public spirit.The weakening of life ethical and public spirit happens along with the weakening of rural public cultural life.Therefore,the construction of new rural culture should be strengthened in the way of maintaining the ethics of rural community and cultivating public spirit.
