摘　　要：土地是人类生存不可缺少的资源,随着工业园的迅速发展,工业园集约利用评价体系的研究成为刻不容缓的课题。文章根据《工业园区土地集约利用评价规程(试行)》,依金巢开发区的实际情况,对其进行评价并提出建议。People can＇t live without land,with fast development to development zone,it become a new task in the current research.In this paper Jinchao economic and technological development zone was evaluated by this model as a case.At last,some advice was given on how to improve land intensive use level.
