温经通络、解毒散结法外治癌性疼痛阴证50例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察温经通络、解毒散结中药外用治疗癌性疼痛阴证的疗效。方法对50例证属阴证的癌痛患者予以温经通络、解毒散结中药外用于疼痛局部进行治疗,7d为1个疗程,以数字分级法观察治疗1个疗程前后的疼痛评分,判断临床疗效。结果完全缓解4例,明显缓解27例,轻度缓解16例,无效3例,总有效率94%。结论对于癌性疼痛证属阴证者,以温经通络、解毒散结法治疗疗效显著,为有效的治疗方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy of warming meridian, freeing collateral vessels, removing toxicity and dissipating binds for external treating yin syndrome of cancerous pain. Methods The patients （n=50） with yin syndrome of cancerous pain were treated externally on the site of pain with Chinese medicinal with the actions of warming meridian, freeing collateral vessels, removing toxicity and dissipating binds. A therapeutic course was 7 days. The pain scores and curative effect were observed and reviewed by using numeric rating scale after treatment for one course. Results There were 4 cases relieved totally, 27 relieved obviously, 16 relieved slightly and 3 without any changes. The total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion The yin syndrome of cancerous pain can be treated with the therapy of warming meridian, freeing collateral vessels, removing toxicity and dissipating binds and the curative effect is significant.
