摘　　要：结合中国造纸及纸制品业的实际情况,深入分析了外商直接投资技术溢出的渠道,对外商直接投资的技术溢出效应进行实证分析,证实外商直接投资对中国造纸及纸制品业具有显著的技术溢出效应。根据不同的技术溢出渠道,提出增强外商直接投资技术溢出效应的针对性建议。According to practical situations of Chinese papermaking and paper products industry,this paper analyzes the technology spillover channels of foreign direct investment on chinese papermaking and paper products industry, carries out the empirical analysis of technology spillover effects of foreign direct investment. Results prove that significant effects exist in technology spillover of foreign direct investment on Chinese papermaking and paper products industry. Countermeasures are provided to enhance technology spillover effects of foreign direct investment according to different channels of technology spillover.
