摘　　要：目的调查某院妇科各专业科室现状和需求,对有限的医疗资源进行更科学和合理的分配。方法调查2010年4月-2011年9月3个专业科室出院病案3871份,采集患者相关信息,对各专业科室现有工作量、医疗资源配置等状况进行调查分析。结果肿瘤科病床使用率最高,妇科次之,计划生育科病床使用未达饱和,分别为108.86%、101.29%、86.3%;肿瘤科门诊患者住院的比例最高,住院患者手术率最低占61%,对手术室的依赖程度相对较低,而妇科和计划生育科住院患者手术率分别为98%和94%;妇科开展的微创手术比例最高;平均每台手术时间肿瘤科最长,肿瘤科和妇科的总手术时间均高于实际工作日。结论通过缩短平均住院日,增加病床,加强手术室资源的利用率,增加手术室资源的配备,使有限的医疗资源得到更合理的分配和充分的利用。Objectives This paper investigates the current situation and requirements of gynecological majors in a hospital,scientifically and reasonably assembling limit medical resources.Methods It investigates 3871 copies of discharge medical records of three gynecological majors from April 2010 to September 2011,collecting related information of patients;it has an investigation analysis on current workload,medical resource allocation of different major departments.Results The rate of bed utilization of department of oncology is highest;gynecological department takes second place;the bed utilization of birth control department is not saturation;the rate of bed of them are respectively 108.86%、101.29%、86.3%;the proportion of outpatient of department of oncology be hospitalized is highest,the surgery rate of hospitalization takes up 61% at least which dependence degree to surgical department is relatively low;while the rate of surgery of patients from gynecological department and birth control department is respectively 98% and 94%;the proportion of minimally invasive operation of gynecological department is highest;the average operation time of oncology department is the longest;the total operation time of oncology department and gynecological department are higher than the actual work day.Conclusions Through the average hospitalization day reduction,bed increase,and the utilization rate of operation resource strengthening and equipment of operation resource increase,it makes the limit medical resource more reasonable allocation and full application.
