杭州产商陆素生物学特性的研究

摘　　要：本文报告从杭州商陆鲜根中提取的商陆素(PWM-H)的生物学特性的研究结果.PWM-H具有较强的分裂原活性,能刺激淋巴细胞转化,3H-TdR掺入增高,刺激指数36～76;刺激B淋巴细胞分泌免疫球蛋白,分泌刺激指数2.5～3.0;刺激体外培养的淋巴细胞产生IL-2受体,培养72h后Tac阳性细胞可达40%左右.通过琼脂免疫双扩散试验及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检查,证实PWM-H和PWM-西德为性质同一的物质,可用于体外淋巴细胞的研究工作.The biological properties of Poke-Weed Mitogen-H (PWM-H) extracted from Chinese phytolacca Americana grown in Hangzhou were studied. Immunoprecipitation reaction and migrating rate in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis proved the nature of PWM-H to be identical with that of PWM produced in West Germany. PWM-H exhibited to have a relatively high mitogenic activity could stimulate the proliferation of lymphocyte's and raise its ~3H-TdR incorporation with a stimulation index of 36～76. PWM-H stimulated the lymphocytes to secrete IgG into the culture medium, the stimulation index being 2.5～3.0. In addition, PWM-H could stimulate lymphocyte in vitro to develop IL-2 receptors on the cell surface membrane after a 72h incubation with PWM-H, to finally result in the increase of Tac positive cells from 0 to 39%.
