摘　　要：由管理定律研究出发,联系高校图书馆的日常管理实践,剖析了部分图书馆目前在管理方面普遍存在的问题,并结合定律提出解决问题的方法、对策和建议。In this paper, starting from the several laws of management, analyzed the current common problems of the libraries＇management in our university libraries, guidance, solutions, strategies and recommendations are proposed.
