摘 要:以K3V63DT-1QOR-HNOV液压泵为例介绍K3V系列液压泵的结构及控制变量原理,该液压泵由主泵、先导泵、泵调节器和转矩控制电磁阀组成,可实现总功率控制、负流量控制和功率转换控制的功能。总功率控制可实现执行机构的轻载高速、重载低速动作,既能保证液压泵充分利用发动机功率又能防止发动机过载;负流量控制可最大限度地减小溢流功率损失和系统发热;利用功率转换控制功能,在实际工作中可根据负载情况改变输入电流大小,调整液压泵的输出功率,提高工作效率,节省发动机功率。The text takes model K3V63DT-1QOR-HNOV hydraulic pump for instance to introduce K3V series hydraulic pump in terms of the structure and control principles of the variable flow rate. The hydraulic pump consists of a master pump, pilot pump, regulator, and solenoid valve to control the torque whose functions can be realized for total power control, negative flow control, and power conversion control. The total power control can realize actions of get ting light load at high speed or heavy load at low speed for the actuating mechanism, which can ensure the hydraulic pump to make full use of the engine power as well as to prevent overload on the engine; The negative flow-rate control can mostly minimize power loss in over-flow and heat in the system; Utilizing the power conversion control function can alter the input power according to the load conditions in practical operation, while readjusting the output power of the hydraulic pump, so as to raise the work efficiency and save the engine power.
