摘　　要：以履带式工程机械支重轮为对象,应用基于DELMIA数字化制造平台,对支重轮装配过程进行虚拟装配仿真,从工时平衡和人机工程等角度对装配工艺进行优化,并取得良好的效果,最终利用3DVIA Composer等软件发布装配工艺方案。在此过程中分析虚拟装配技术在装配工艺评估及优化中的作用,总结出复杂产品装配工艺仿真、优化以及工艺文件发布的标准流程。Taking the track roller of the track type equipment as a study object, we used a DELMIA-based digital manufacture platform to simulate virtual assembly during the track roller's make-up process. Meanwhile, we made optimization on the assembly process from view point of work-hour balance and man-machine engineering to have got good results. And finally, we utilized 3DVIA Composer and other software to issue assembly process alternatives. During this procedure we analyzed effects of virtual assembling in the assembly process evaluation and optimization to have summarized a standard operating procedure for assembly process simulation, optimization, and process documentation issuance of complex products.
