摘　　要：基于中国共产党与各民主党派之间所达成的政治共识,是我国多党合作实践经验的积累和理论升华,它包括基本价值和程序规则两个层面。政治共识的达成和增进,是一个互动沟通、强化认同、观念内化和行为外化的复杂过程。这一过程的四个环节既前后衔接、环环相扣,又互为渗透、逐步深化。从增进政治共识的角度分析,参政党思想建设的路径选择主要表现在两个方面:一是大力推进"同心同行"主题学习教育活动;二是积极促进"同心"品牌的培育。The political consensus reached between the CPC and various democratic parties is the accumulation of practical experience and theoretical distillation on multi-party cooperation. It includes two levels, i.e. basic values and procedures ＆ rules. It is a complicated process to reach and enhance such political consensus which includes interac- tion and communication, identity strengthening, outlook internalization, and behavioral externalization. These four sections are successively connected, interpenetrate each other and gradually go in depth. From the perspective of enhancing political consensus, the path selection for participating parties＇ ideological construction shall be reflected in two aspects, i.e. energetically driving the ＂one mind, one way＂ education activities; and actively promoting the creation of ＂one mind＂ brand.
