摘　　要：目的:为全面了解Neuritin的功能,探讨Neuritin对细胞增殖的影响。方法:利用已构建Neuritin真核表达载体pcDNA3.1(-)A-Neuritin,转染BMSCs,通过MTT、细胞计数等观察Neuritin过表达对BMSCs增殖的影响。结果:MTT检测结果显示,BMSCsneu约在第3天进入对数生长期,第5天进入平台期;细胞计数结果显示,Neuritin过表达与BMSCs的数目呈负相关,并且在各检测点上,稳定表达Neuritin的BMSCs数目均低于对照组。结论:Neu-ritin过表达抑制了BMSCs的增殖。Objective： To fully understand the function of the Neuritin, this paper discusses the influence of Neuritin on cell proliferation. Methods： we made construction of the pcDNA3.1 （ - ） A - Neuritin eukaryotic expression carrier, and transfect cells with lower level expression Neuritin. Through MTr and cell counting, we investigate the influence of cell pro- liferation. Results： The result of MT3 showed that GMSCs - neu had been into the logarithmic, phase on the third day, and had been into the terrace period on the fifth day; the cell counting result showed that over expression of Neuritin had negative correlation with the number of BMSCs,In all the check points,the number of BMSCs of stable expression Neuritin was lower than those of the control. Conclusion：Over expression of Neuritin inhibit the proliferation of BMSCs.
