摘  要:提出了煤气化发电,电解水储电,联产氢、氨、甲醇以及CO2制干冰作植物养分的碳循环综合利用方案;介绍了我国干粉煤纯氧气化技术的工艺特点和生产应用效果;论述了合成气电解水分离H2和CO2替代传统变换脱碳的创新工艺技术;对煤气化发电制甲醇、乙烯等化工产品的生产基地进行了规划、设想和展望。Author has presented the comprehensive utilization scheme for carbon circulation concerning power generation,electrolytic water,power storage,combinative production of hydrogen,ammonia,methanol made by coal gasification and dry ice using as plant nutrient made from CO2;has introduced the process features and production application effect for pure oxygen gasification technology from dry pulverized coal in China;has discussed the innovated process technology in which the hydrogen and carbon dioxide separated from electrolytic water of synthetic gas was replaced by the traditional shift de-carbon;productive base for chemical products was planned imagined and prospected for methanol,ethylene,etc.made by process of coal gasification and power generation
