摘　　要：简要介绍我国炭素材料标准体系的建立与层次，包括事实标准体系和理想标准体系。从标准体系的系统性、协调性、完整性方面，剖析事实标准体系的优点和缺点，拟建立我国炭素材料标准的理想体系。This paper is a brief introduction to the establishment and levels of carbon material standard system, including the factual system and the perfect system. The advantage and disadvantage of the factual standard system from the system, harmony and integrity of the standard system are analyzed to establish the perfect standard system of carbon material.
