摘　　要：研究目的:以中国33个大中城市为对象,研究宏观调控对城市房地产市场的作用效应。研究方法:超效率SBM-DEA模型。研究结果:宏观政策对城市房地产市场的调控效用在总体上相对有效,然而城市的差异性使得调控效用存在着较大的差异性。研究结论:国家需对不同城市房地产市场进行差别化调控。The purpose of this paper is to study on the influences of macro policies on those urban real estate markets of 33 bigger cities in China. Method employed is super efficiency SBM-DEA. The results indicate that the macro policies generally worked well on urban real estate markets, while there were different control influences among various cities. It is concluded that our governments need to make the suitable policies for the very cities.
