摘 要:目的探讨在饮食行业从业人员中开展乙肝防治健康教育和行为干预的可行性和效果。方法采用整群抽样的方法,将4 065名HBsAg阴性的饮食行业从业人员随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组从业人员进行乙肝一般知识、传染源传播途径、预防措施的健康教育及行为干预,并对研究对象针对乙肝知识、态度及行为等方面进行问卷调查,同时进行乙肝表面抗原、表面抗体和核心抗体的实验室检测。结果干预组从业人员乙肝知识的知晓率、行为形成率、免疫接种率比对照组均明显上升,乙肝感染率干预组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在从业人员中开展健康教育对提高乙肝相关知识的知晓率和相关行为的形成率、免疫接种率以及降低乙肝感染率等均有重要作用。Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of implementing hepatitis B health education and behavior intervention among the diet practitioners.Method Adopting cluster sampling method,4 065 negative HBsAg diet practitioners were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group was informed the general knowledge,infection sources,infection route,protective measure about hepatitis B and interfered their behavior too.Meanwhile,a questionnaire about hepatitis B knowledge,attitude and behavior conducted to the 2 groups.At the same time,surface antigens,surface-antibody,core antibody were tested.Results The awareness rate,behavior formation rate,immunization rate of intervention group were obvious higher than control group,the Hepatitis B infection rate was obviously lower,both of them had statistical significance.Conclusions Developing hepatitis B health education and behavior intervention to diet practitioners could improve their awareness rate,behavior formation rate,immunization rate of Hepatitis B.
