梁河县实施消除麻疹目标的评估及分析

摘　　要：目的评价梁河县消除麻疹目标的工作进程。方法统计分析2006-2011年麻疹免疫资料及疫情监测资料。结果 2006-2011年计划免疫应接种麻疹疫苗15 416人,实接种15 297人,接种率99.23%;强化免疫应接种麻疹疫苗78 463人,实接种77 668人,接种率98.99%;麻疹抗体监测360人,阳性355人,阳性率98.61%;连续12年无麻疹病例。结论梁河县已实现国家消除麻疹目标。Objective To evaluate the processes of elimination measles of Lianghe County.Method Statistical analysis the measles immune data and epidemic surveillance data from 2006 to 2011.Results From 2006 to 2011,15 416 persons at the range of planned immunity and 15 297 had actually inoculated,with the inoculation rate of 99.23%.45 136 people should take part in supplementary immunization and 44 661 immunized at the fact with the inoculation rate of 98.94%.Monitoring the measles antibody of 360 people and 355 were positive,the positive rate was 98.61%.There was no reported measles case in the last 12 consecutive years.Conclusions Lianghe county had already achieved the national goal of eliminate measles.
