摘  要:目的了解远洋测量船作业环境对作业人员心血管系统的影响。方法利用日本光电6151型心电图机对377名远洋测量船上的工作人员进行检查,设为测试组;调取238名非特殊岗位工作人员心电图检查资料作为对照组,用统计学软件比较分析。同时,按照测控、导航、机电、通信、船务5大工种,对检查结果异常率进行比较分析。结果远洋测量船作业人员心电图检查异常率高达58.62%,显著高于对照组(12.6%);其中左室高电压、窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐、非特异性室内传导延迟和电轴偏转差异显著。5类作业岗位中从事导航、测控和机电作业的工作人员心电图检查结果异常率偏高。结论远洋测量船在执行任务期间其作业环境对作业人员心血管系统产生不良影响,提示应重视对作业人员的职业安全防护,加强对作业人员的健康监护。[Objective]To understand the effect of working environment of ocean measurement ship on cardiovascular system of operators. [Methods]Electrocardiogram(ECG) was performed in 377 operators on ocean measurements ship(the test group) by the Japan 6151 electrocardiograph machine,and ECG data of 238 people with non-specific job were collected as the control group.The data of two groups were compared and analyzed by statistical software.According to five types of work which included measurement and control,navigation,electronics,communications and shipping,the rates of abnormal results were compared. [Results]The rate of abnormal ECG of operators on ocean measurements ship reached 58.62%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(12.6%).The differences in left ventricular high voltage,sinus bradycardia,sinus arrhythmia,non-specific intraventricular conduction delay and axis deviation were significant.Among five types of work,operators who were engaged in navigation,measurement and control,electronics had higher rate of abnormal ECG. [Conclusion]The working environment of ocean measurement ship has negative effect on cardiovascular system of operators.It is necessary to pay attention to occupational protection and strengthen the health surveillance among operators.
