摘　　要：目的了解开平市陶瓷卫浴洁具生产工人罹患呼吸系统疾病情况,为预防和控制尘肺病的发生提供科学依据。方法对该市某卫浴洁具生产厂接尘组和对照组分别进行职业病危害因素环境监测和对工人进行预防性职业健康高仟伏胸片检查。结果接尘组车间空气总尘与呼尘均超过国家标准接触限值,在此环境中工作,工人呼吸系统疾病现患率明显高于对照组(χ2=24.31,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;胸片异常结果中,常见疾病比较主要为双肺纹理增粗(χ2=25.50,P<0.01)和疑似尘肺病(χ2=4.37,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。按接尘工龄分段胸片异常结果阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.54,P<0.01)。结论陶瓷粉尘接触工人罹患呼吸系统疾病明显。企业和监管部门应认真贯彻执行国家《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》,严格控制工作环境中粉尘浓度,定期进行预防性职业健康监护检查,才能有效控制尘肺病的发生。[Objective]To understand the situation of ceramic sanitary ware production workers suffering from respiratory diseases,and provide scientific evidence for Prevention and control of pneumoconiosis. [Methods]Environmental monitoring of occupational hazards was performed on dust-exposed and control groups of a sanitary ware factory respectively,and high kilovolt chest radiograph was conducted on workers. [Results]The total air dust level and respirable dust level in workshop exceeded exposure limits of national standards.The prevalence rate of worker with dust exposure was significantly higher than that of control group（χ2=24.31,P0.01）.The lung markings enhancement（χ2=25.50,P0.01） and suspected pneumoconiosis（χ 2 = 4.37,P0.05） were the common diseases in abnormal chest X-ray results.The positive rate of abnormal chest X-ray results was significantly different between workers with different service length（χ2=17.54,P0.01）. [Conclusion]Ceramic dust workers suffer from respiratory disease obviously.Enterprise and supervision department should conscientiously carry out Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Disease,strictly control the dust concentration and implement preventive occupational health surveillance and examination regularly,so as to effectively control the pneumoconiosis disease.
