摘　　要：目的了解温度计生产过程中汞蒸气对环境和作业工人健康的危害。方法通过对某体温计厂的职业卫生调查和接触汞作业工人的职业健康检查结果,并结合该厂历年的作业环境中汞蒸气的监测结果,采用职业流行病学方法对资料进行统计分析。结果该体温计厂以女工为主,作业工人口腔疾病患病率为55.04%,神经系统疾病患病率为6.42%,尿总汞值检测异常率为92.66%。结论该厂生产过程中产生的汞蒸气对作业工人的危害极大,尤其是育龄期妇女,应加强职业卫生防护,保护作业工人身体健康。[Objective]To find out the harms of mercurial vapor generated in fabrication process of thermometers to environment and health of workers [Methods]The statistical analysis was performed by using the occupational epidemiological method on results of an occupational health survey of a thermometer factory and occupational health physical examination of workers exposed to mercury combined with monitoring results of mercury vapor in the operation environment of the factory in the past years. [Results]Most workers of this thermometer factory were female.The prevalence rate of oral diseases and nervous system diseases was 55.04% and 6.42% respectively.The abnormal rate of total mercury in urine was 92.66%. [Conclusion]The mercury vapor generated in the fabrication process in this factory causes great harm to workers,especially women at childbearing ages.Thus,the occupational health protection should be enhanced to protect the health of the workers.
