摘　　要：目的了解荆门市公共场所卫生状况,客观评价公共场所卫生水平,为制定监督检查方案提供依据。方法按照GB/T 17220-1998《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》和GB/T 18204-2000《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》的要求对5类公共场所80家经营单位的公共用品进行抽样和检测,按照WS/T 205-2001《公共场所卫生标准》进行分析和评价。结果 4年共检测公共场所公共用品5 360份,合格率83.8%。结论荆门市公共场所公共用品的消毒质量逐年提高,但酒吧、旅店和美容美发店的卫生状况还存在一定问题,需认真采取措施加以解决。[Objective]To understand the hygiene state of public places in Jingmen City,to evaluate the hygiene levels,and provide evidence for developing supervision plan. [Methods]According to the GB/T17220-1998 ＂Technical Rules for Health Monitoring in Public Places＂ and GB/T18204-2000 ＂Test Methods of Hygienic Standard in Public Places＂,articles for public use from 80 business units of 5 categories of public places were sampled and tested.The results were analyzed and evaluated according to WS/T 205-2001 ＂Health Standards in Public Places＂. [Results]A total of 5 360 public articles were tested in 4 years with the pass rate of 83.8%. [Conclusion]The disinfection quality of public articles has gradually increased in Jingmen City,but certain health problems exist in bars,hotels,beauty salons,which need corresponding measures for solution.
