整体护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者疗效和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的疗效和生活质量的影响。方法选择60例老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组应用整体护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,比较2组患者的治疗效果和生活质量(SF-36)的变化。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组SF-36量表中情感得分、一般感情指数、健康指数、生活满意等评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理可明显提高老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的疗效和改善其生活质量。[Objective]To investigate the influence of holistic nursing on clinical efficacy and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema. [Methods]60 elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema were randomly divided into the control group（30 cases） and the observation group（30 cases）.The observation group was given the holistic nursing,and the control group was given the routine nursing.The clinical efficacy and quality of life（SF-36） were observed in two groups. [Results]The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P0.05）.The scores（SF-36） of emotion,the general feeling index,health index and life satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）. [Conclusion]The holistic nursing can significantly increase the clinical efficacy of elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema,and improve the quality of life.
