临床护理路径在肺癌手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在肺癌手术患者中的应用。方法将148例肺癌手术患者随机分为临床路径(CP)组和非CP组各74例,CP组采用临床路径护理,非CP组采用传统护理方法,分别观察2组患者的治疗、护理效果。结果 CP组满意度98.65%,发生并发症5例(6.76%),住院费用为(2.21±0.26)万元,住院时间(14.58±2.34)d;非CP组满意度89.19%,发生并发症18例(24.32%),住院费用为(2.85±0.31)万元,住院时间(19.87±3.04)d,2组比较差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径应用于肺癌手术患者,可以提高患者对护理质量的满意度,减少肺癌术后并发症,降低住院费用和缩短住院时间,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the influence of the clinical nursing pathway on the treatment of lung cancer patients with surgery.Methods148 lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,and each group had 74 patients.Clinical nursing pathway was adopted in CP group and the traditional nursing in non-CP group.The results of treatment and nursing were observed and compared.Results In CP group,the satisfaction is 98.65%,the complication rates is 6.76%,the average hospitalization expenses is（2.21±0.26）×104 yuan,the average days of hospital stay is（14.58±2.34）days;in non-CP group,the satisfaction is 89.19%,the complication rate is 24.32%,the average hospitalization expenses is（2.85±0.31）×104 yuan,the average days of hospital stay is（19.87±3.04）days.There are significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway could improve the patients＇ satisfaction of nursing quality and reduce the complication rates,the average hospitalization expenses,the average days of hospital stay,it＇s worth to be applied widely.
