摘　　要：本文记述了中国地质大学(北京)地球科学与资源学院颜丹平教授20多年来在教学科研岗位上倾注心血、潜心探索的历程及其所取得的成绩。颜丹平教授主要从事构造地质学的教学与科研工作,他大胆进行教学改革与实践,不断探索完善启发式教学、分层次地学实践教学体系和科研型人才培养新模式,主要致力于构造解析学有关的构造地质学基础理论及其在矿产资源与油气勘探中的应用研究,为地质教育和科学研究作出了贡献。2011年,颜丹平教授荣获第六届高等学校教学名师奖。This paper presents the process of continuous endeavor in teaching and achievement in scientific research of professor Yah Danping, in the past 20 years who is the head of the teaching and research section of structural geology and tectonics at China University of Geosciences （Beijing）. Professor Yan Dan-ping works hard and reforms bravely in the teaching, including heuristic teaching, construction of geological practice teaching system at variable level and new research personnel training mode. He has being devoted to the research on structural geology and tectonics related to the oil exploration and ore deposit. In 2011, professor Yan Danping was the winner of the Sixth National Famous Teacher Award.
