摘　　要：本文针对如何制订科学、实用的人才培养方案,构建经济社会发展需要的专业课程体系,改革课程教学内容,加强新教材建设,改革教师培养和使用机制,制订系统的实践教学体系,推进人才培养与生产劳动和社会实践相结合等问题,结合近几年的教学改革与实践,探索了一条新建本科学校应用型人才改革与发展之路。Pay attention to geology and dynamics is a distinctive characteristics of prospecting technology and engineering specialty, which has a new development opportunity with the developing of Hercynian economic area. How to make scientific and practical talent training mode, constructing professional curriculum system which meet the economic and social development needs, reforming teaching content, strengthening the construction of new teaching material, reforming teacher training and the use of mechanism, establishing the system of practice teaching system, advancing the combination of talent training and productive labor and social practice. This article in view of the problems, a new road has been explored for undergraduate school of applied talents of reform and development in recent years with the teaching reform and practice.
