摘　　要：近年来,大学生就业人数日益增多,就业市场趋紧,给大学生的就业带来前所未有的挑战。如何正确分析不同专业大学生的就业取向和就业心理,帮助他们进行合适的职业定位,对于指导学生就业具有重要的现实意义。本文对中国地质大学(北京)土木工程专业大学生的就业取向新特点、职业规划程度及相关影响因素进行了深入调查和分析,并针对存在的问题,探索引导大学生形成合理就业取向和职业目标的对策。In recent years, the population of university students for employment has increased rapidly, while the economic speed in China appears to be decreasing. The problem of the undergraduate＇s working career become more serious. Based on the study of undergraduates＇ occupation orientation in China University of Geosciences, self-cognization, career planning degree and other relative factors, this paper analyzes universtiy students＇ view on employment and career plan and put forwards some proposals on how to guide university students to form their career plan and select the employment correctly.
